ADMISSION TO THE BTS & HND PROGRAMME (A LEVEL + 2)
Admission Requirements & Entry Conditions
National examination — State diploma
Opening authorisation: No. 06/0055/MINESUP/DDES of 2 June 2006.
Admission route: Subject to review of the application by the institution.
Required qualifications: Holders of the Baccalauréat (A, B, C, D, E, F, ESF, IH, BA, BT) or the GCE A Level (in at least two subjects, excluding religious education).
Start of the academic year: On 30/10/2026 at 8 a.m. (day classes) and at 4:30 p.m. (evening classes).
Class times: Day classes: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. | Evening classes: 4:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Documents required
Admission files are received at the Director's Office from 1 July every working day.
- Application form, available free of charge from the registrar's office
- Plain photocopy of the birth certificate
- 4 colour passport photographs (4×4)
- First year: Plain photocopy of the Baccalauréat or GCE A-Level
- Second year: Holders of the Baccalauréat plus a 1st-year transcript from an accredited higher-education BTS
- Receipt of the equivalence application to MINESUP for foreign qualifications
Fees & Payment Schedule
Registration fee: 30,000 F
Tuition fee: Payable in 8 instalments.
Important rule: The 1st tuition instalment must be paid before 03/11/2026.
Note: practical-work fees apply to specialisations marked with an asterisk (*).
Students who failed the year must re-enrol before 31 December 2026.

ADMISSION TO THE LICENCE & BACHELOR PROGRAMME (LMD)
Admission Requirements & LMD Framework
Professional Licence (L1, L2, L3) & Bachelor System (Bamenda University)
Admission route: Inter-university board chaired by the academic supervisor, UBA (University of Bamenda).
Direct admission to third year: Have passed the BTS, or hold transcripts from a university.
Bachelor, LMD system (English section), direct entry: Baccalauréat, GCE A Level in at least two subjects (excluding religious education), or equivalent.
Start of the academic year: 30 October 2026.
LMD validation: Students pass the year once they have earned 60 out of 60 credits.
BTS-to-LMD transfer test:
Students who did not pass the BTS/HND may switch to the LMD system and be admitted to the 3rd year through an admission test.
Test period: July – August – September – October – November 2026 (every Saturday from 9 a.m.).
Application processing fee: see the registrar's office. Enrolment once the university has approved.

- Standard L1 & L2 programmes: 300,000 F / year
- Bachelor B1 & B2 programmes: 300,000 F / year
- Licence L3 / Bachelor B3 programmes: 550,000 F per year

ADMISSION TO THE MASTER'S & DOCTORATE / DBA PROGRAMME
Admission Requirements & Access Conditions
Professional Master's (M1, M2) & PhD / DBA
Admission route: Inter-university board chaired by the academic supervisor, UBA (University of Bamenda).
Master of Laws (Higher School of Law): Hold a university Licence in Law.
Start of the academic year: 30 October 2026.
Continuing to a PhD & DBA:
PhD: After the Professional Master's and a preparatory year, students may go on to a PhD at UBA's satellite campus. Admission is based on a file review by UBA.
ISEIG DBA: Opening soon: the ISEIG DBA (Doctorate in Business Administration) and the ISEIG Doctor Business School of Technology, under the academic supervision of the University of Bamenda.

CAPACITÉ EN DROIT & ÉCONOMIE PROGRAMME (LAW & ECONOMICS)
Overview & Entry Requirements
Under the academic supervision of the English-speaking University of Bamenda
Qualification required for admission: Hold the Probatoire (any stream).
Study modes: Daytime, evening and distance learning.
Start of the academic year: 30 October 2026.
Cycle duration: 2 years.
Distance learning: Preparation for the BTS and Capacité en Droit only. Information and course materials by WhatsApp: 696.64.20.80 / 696.01.90.12 / 699.90.90.52. Exams are taken on campus under the supervision of the academic supervisor.

Cycles: DIPES I and DIPES II (auditing students).
Admission requirements (qualifications): Hold the BAC or the GCE A/L.
